Windows Cannot find System Image on External HDD

Hey guys, really need your help here, I am currently trying to do a system image restore on a machine that it's HDD died last night. I have a new HDD ready to go and I have the System Image on an external USB hard drive, but Windows restore cannot find the backup.

I am currently in cmd, and doing a Mountvol I think I can see the drive (E:), but I don't know how to mount the volume.

The folder for the image is named correctly ie. "WindowsImageBackup" and it is also the root folder of the HDD.

Any help appriciated! :)

EDIT: Windows cannot find the backup, not the drive.
