First Time Build Help ($2500 budget)

Hi everyone, this is going to be my first full build ever! If anyone was any suggestions to different parts to either make this build better or cheaper within my $2500 USD budget please let me know!

• Budget and Location - As stated before my budget is $2500 USD and I live in the continental US. That budget needs to cover the entire PC, a keyboard, OS (Windows 10 PRO), and all shipping costs. I already have a monitor and mouse. Also, due to business reasons, everything needs to be from Newegg.
• Aim - This PC will be used for video editing (Adobe CC Suite), audio production (ProTools 12), and minor 3D rendering (Rhinocerous 5). There will be almost no gaming on this PC, I might run something like Rocket League which shouldn't affect anything.
• Monitors - Right now I have a Dell u3415w ultra wide monitor (3440x1440). In the future I may be upgrading to having two of these monitors.
• Peripherals - Like I said before, I will need a keyboard and an OS.
•  Why I am upgrading - I am upgrading because my current PC is approaching 7 years old and is just not able to keep up with my demands anymore. This needs to be a complete build because the previous PC does still run for me and it is an HP so there is very little actually upgrade-able. 
• What parts I am looking at - Right now I am looking at an I7 7820x with 32gb of ram, 850W Power supply, a gtx 1080, a 500gb SSD and a 2TB HDD. Here is the link to the PCPartPicker List of everything that I have selected right now - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rdTdhq
• Questions - Will I need to purchase any extra fan cables? An internal USB hub for everything? Any more Sata Cables?

Which threadripper would you suggest? I have not seen the 1900x for sale anywhere. Also, Is there a motherboard you would suggest to go with it?

With your budget can probably fit 1950X with two 1080Tis in SLI.

Think you could stand to get a LOT better case...

 

could you be swayed to Ryzen? you get a lot more power for a lot less money...

Would you mind giving links on Newegg to the 1080Tis? I know my budget is large but it does need to include the case and everything that goes inside it.

If you bump it up to 1 billion mines, it should run fine. The true test is, can it run pinball?

About $380 last I looked. Thus why I'm going for normal boring Ryzen.

Any case suggestions? This looked highly rated and within my budget. I was choosing the 1080 instead of the ti because it fit within my planned build's budget.

Not even close to accurate. Unless you plan on him somehow having a full system with just a CPU and 2 GPUs?

For the case, it would be helpful to have a cd drive slot, which was a major factor in choosing the Thermaltake x31. Are there any cases that you could suggest with front facing 5.25in drives?
