Youtube an twitch videos and stream always out of sync with audio

Hey guys, for a while now ive been having audio sync issues with things like youtube, i have no idea why it's doing this , ive even switched graphics cards and its not worked, any idea? thanks

Go to Settings > Advanced and make sure Use Hardware Acceleration when available is turned off

may wanna try giving your browser a good old clean install.

 

and maybe check for oddities in the rest of your system as well.

thats always on for me, never had it cause an issue

just turned that off now  anything else i need to do as the issue comes in after bout 7 mins of watching a vid so wont know for 7 mins haha

i ran a huge virus scan last night and came back clean, although i will try the chrome reinstall if this don't work, and then DDU after that

few other things worth trying:

open cmd as administrator and run "sfc /scannow"

open cleanmgr (disk cleanup) as admin and clean *ALL* the things.

OP also doesnt use windows aero, since it isnt part of windows 10

to update this post the issue still exists and is on all browsers, combined with constant games micro stuttering and the occasional audio crackle thing im done with this pc
