@Slick he most likely can help since I think he's lead dev on floatplane

Just login to paypal and cancel the merchant agreement. I think its called preapproved payments.

You can cancel it from PayPals site. Also, if you have messed something and have two accounts, contact any mod to get that sorted. Forum rules don't allow multiple accounts for users. The cancellation can also be done from store, under billing agreements. Its bit hard to find.

The best way to cancel it in your situation is to go into your PayPal account, and find one of the FPC payments. If you click it, there should be a link saying something like "manage recurring payment", "manage billing agreement", or something like that (I think it's towards the bottom left). You should then be able to cancel it from there.
