Perfectly fine. Though if you used FCP you wouldn't be having this problem. Premiere just isnt that great of a program as far as optimization is concerned.

Nobody ever claimed it was, but Premier is optimized for other hardware, and so is Final Cut, and Final Cut just performs significantly better then Premiere.

Yeah but it is a worse software overall man ofc premier is optimized for other hardware as FCP is optimized for MACs

Every single software and hardware is debatable what do you want to say? Everything has it's pros and cons depending on how you use it and what you want to do with it if I want to edit RAW I have Resolve

and smaller community, you can do more with premier, also you are not locked into an ecosystem.

..... not exactly, final cut is designed for OSX machines, premier is for everything.

I am certified in Premiere, its a great program, but it doesn't know how to use resources that you give it.
