Get a different psu, NEX is a bit bad, and why a 1700 with a 1050 ti of all things.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Do this:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Or this:

@DocSwag

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

There are better PSUs for the price, I believe a GQ is usually around the same price as the NEX and the Seasonic focus+ power supplies are also around that price range.

If I don't rotate the gpu from one to the next, I could sell the old pc and raise the budget higher.

You could do that but the build I gave you is good for streaming already. If you raise your budget, you could get a Ryzen 7 1700 instead.

Well. I don't know how much to sell my old PC for. It's a prebuilt. Only specs I really know are the cpu and the gpu. fx-4300 processor and a gtx 1050 Ti.

If you are going to increase the budget and plan on keep the machine a long time, get the Corsair case you originally wanted.  A nice case is a very underrated expenditure.
