Hardline Tubing

Going to changing over to hardline tubing and I am not sure whether to go with 12mm or 16mm tubing, what would you guys recommend?

It's really up to you, and what looks good to fill up the case, the larger diameter 16mm I find looks pretty good.

Another little question for you, I would be right in saying PETG is much easier to work with?

PETG is the most popular by far, it's fairly easy to bend compared to say acrylic but doesn't have the same clarity.

It is indeed easier to work with but take note you cannot use glycol based coolants with PETG.

As long as you aren't using the Fluid Gaming series. most probably ok.

Like For Science! already mentioned It most likely should be fine. Since the product description on link you provided say not to use with ThermalTake Aluminium Radiators I would avoid this coolant with any aluminium loop. If you have a Copper/Nickel loop it might be a better idea to go with acrylic tubing for maximum coolant compatibility.
