Lag spikes with intel 8265

I get this when I ping to my router:

Tried WLAN optimizer, didn't do anything.

 

My drivers were 19.30 provided by sager, which I then updated to 19.70 directly from intel. I might try a clean install of the driver later.

 

I'll also try to dig up my old trusty USB wifi receiver, get that installed and see if that gets these spikes (it shouldn't, I had it installed on a desktop a month ago, no problems).

 

The spikes makes online gaming impossible. Players teleport every few seconds lol.
