fps issues

ok so i cant run games in windows mode with out shuttering alot and my games shuttering and fps issue mostly fps issues so if some one can help me i will love that

What games/res? Why are you running in windowed mode?

thanks and gta 5 and garry's mod i need to use windows mode to stream gta5 and my other games the stream will not pick up fullscreen

What are you using to record it? i use ShadowPlay for Battlefront II (you should play it, it's still an awesome game). i used to run it windowed since the game Bar can't detect it in fullscreen, but ShadowPlay works fine.

its because the gpu has to render the desktop + program in windowed mode

sometimes the stutter is normal because the gpu has to drive different surfaces on one screen

its not overing the temps

4 cores for gta v+ obs + stream

your cpu is the bottleneck

dont confuse it for gpu bottlenecking

your software is bottlenecked by your hardware (in this case your cpu core count)

Try streaming at a lower resoloution such as 720 and see how that works
