What's a good cpu air cooler?

I don't really have a budget and im looking for an air cooler that isnt very loud and is decent for overclocking, here is my build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/x86Tcc

Edit: it's my first build but I could go with a liquid cooler if that would be better

I don't have a Ryzen CPU so I have no clue what temps they run at. If you are planning on overclocking, an AIO liquid cooler might not be a bad idea.

I am very happy with my be quiet dark rock 3 (running on an R7 1700). Had to order an AM4 bracket, but had it within a week.
