He knew that Intel would be making futile attempts to retaliate at AMD 8 years before it happened. I wonder what CPU he settled for after that...

I wonder what that would entail. Used to be pretty clear what each series had, but now they basically used an entire product launch to say "you guys can go to hell for trying to make sense of our decisions," so...

3-thread HT?

"Do as I say, not as I do."

-Because you actually care if it makes sense.

You'd need to overclock it more than 100 gigahurts to make it more powerful than my prototype Xbox One X that windows sent me. And you know what? Overclocking is cheating and should be illegal. I'm a certified windows technician, so I should know about it.

No offense but that is kinda bullshit. There are thousands of people who predict the future every day. You will only hear about the guy who was accidentally right and forget about all the other guys.

Same shit with the ad agency who got famous after the election for helping Trump to win. Nobody ever would have talked about them if Trump lost. People might have talked about the one who would have helped Hillary to win.

If you shitpost enough memes, you will one day be right. That's a bright way of thinking.

Btw. that phenomenon is known as "survivorship bias".
