Fan and case clearance

In my upcoming build I will be using the Phanteks P400 Tempered Glass. I will also have two 140mm NZXT Aer RGB fans on the top of the case, but I've heard it is very tight when it comes to clearance on the top. Do you guys think the fans will fit? (There is also a Enermax ETS T40 which is a 160mm CPU air cooler in the build.)

By looking pics should be issue. AERs don't have that much padding coming over frame and you can  see from NZXTs product pics how they are used in similar setup (360mm mount).
