Best SSD for OS (Just OS)

Yo, so I´ve started to expereince that my pc is starting to run slow and all and I thought it was worth the money to invest in an SSD to put my OS on. 

Since I already got a 1TB SSHD I belive it isnt worth buying a large SSD since i´ll store most of my games and stuff on the SSHD but I dont know. 

 

I can decide if im going to take a 120 GB (WD Green PC SSD 2.5" SATA III 120GB) or a 250 GB (Samsung 850 EVO Series MZ-75E250B 250GB). 

 

If you guys could help me out that would be really nice.

Well my 850 Evo 250GB has suited my C: Drive very well with no issues whatsoever. Also has a nice buffer for updates and other random software.
