Under $1000 USD build?

Despite my best efforts after the help of many others from my last post, due to personal issues I couldn't meet any of the cost requirements for the builds.

So I have lowered the cost ceiling and now have come back to make a new request for those of you who can help me!

I'm looking for a 1080p,60Hz minimum build,peripherals included.
I only prefer Intel because it's easier for me to tell the differences between builds and tiers of CPU(but if the quality is better for a lower cost, then please choose that),but besides that I don't have many other sides to take.I prefer WD for a HDD/SSD combo, and the case should have a side window to see the insides. The monitor can have speakers built in,though I don't see much need for it. The specifications of the mouse and KB aren't very important to me,RGB only if it fits in the budget, and I plan to buy all of this from Newegg,so please leave about $50 or so for shipping costs.

Drop the 212 Evo, 8GB RAM, drop the SSD, wait for GPU prices to drop, cheaper case, cheaper PSU, Windows from Kinguin

The 1060 is way overpriced because of mining. You need to wait it should be $250. Get a cheaper case and don’t get extra case fans. And you don’t need a 212 evo. Ryzen comes with a good stock cooler.

No you got to get a 1060 in there for a $1,000 build. Also you will need more than 275gb of storage. Just get a cheaper case.

Where are you getting that 1060 for $250?

16GB of 3200Mhz Ram, 6 cores 12 threads, a GTX1060 6GB, Gold efficiency tier 1 power supply.

I would suggest waiting for DRAM module prices to drop due to the current demand and lack of supply capability whilst waiting for GPU prices to drop further and seeing if you can find yourself a cheaper GPU or for that matter an 8GB RX580.

That's hypothetical once the prices come back down. OP what you should do is get a used 980 for $200

Then make a parts list that he could go out and buy right now, we can suggest he or she wait etc but in the end, you should be providing something that can be bought right now. Not hypotheticals.

Yes,I would prefer builds that can be bought sooner rather than later. And like someone said earlier,I'm kinda fixed on Newegg for the time being in regards to where to buy the parts.

That’s because you’d be an idiot to buy a 1060/580 for the prices they are at now because of mining. Either wait, or buy a used 980/980 ti

YES! Put my 980 ti in my rig last night, and it's pure awesomeness! I haven't overclocked or anything, since I only have a 450W PSU. But it runs everything at the all important MOAR FPS! Especially compared to my previous 1050 Ti.

Yep 980 ti is still more than capable. It sits between the 1060 and 1070 and still crushes most games.
