Bad low sound with Steelseries headphones

Swinzon

I bought the Steelseries Sibera V3 some weeks ago, when I first used it I had powerfull deep bass, and high volume.
Now the sound is low, and the bass is low. What can have caused that?
Is there any fix?

You have to register the headset on the website then sign in on the software.

Maybe you damaged them, if you were listening to them at very high volumes and a lot of bass it could have damaged the drivers.

Also there could have been a manufacturing defect, you should try to use the warranty.

But the weird thing is: On my phone the sound is perfect, on my stepdads PC it`s perfect, but on mine it`s terrible.

I can try take it back and see if I can get a new pair

or instead of buying a headset, buy a pair of SHP9500 or Status Audio CB-1 if open isn't an option, this gaming crap needs to die already.

selling a subpar product at retarded prices just because "GAMUR".

And it's not even like the microphone they stick on these POS's is even any better than a webcam mic.

In that case the problem is your computer, check the settings.

Have you tried different headphones in your computer? Maybe the headphone output went bad (very unlikely).
