1700 is 300 and a 1600 is 200 so if there not 250 and perform better than a 1600 oc in multitasking it's gona flop

you and i both know that it will outperform the 1600 even at the same clocks, and will probably hit 5.0. 
It will also beat the 1700 in gaming in general, 8 cores i not necessary for gaming at all, clockspeeds and 4-6 cores are

13700k, 3070, 32GB@3200
