Any cooler that fits any of the LGA115x sockets will work, they all use the same mounting positions.

Most air coolers won't have clearance issues if they're not the massive ones. You have things like the Cooler Master - Hyper 103 that's small and performs pretty well for its size. No issues with RAM clearance with that, or the Hyper 212

 

EDIT: As for the Arctic cooler, it has a similar footprint to the stock intel cooler, so no clearance issues.
