200-250$ upgrade from GTX 770?

Jaro98doof

I need to buy a new graphics card but i dont know which one. In my country there are no RX 400-500 series cards available anywhere, and used gtx 980's are nowhere to be found. So what would be a suitable upgrade for me?

Thanks in advance

I upgraded from 770 2GB to 1060 6GB and it was a huge upgrade, same from 1060 to 1080ti.

I upgraded from a 770 to a 1070, and it's a world of difference. wait a month or two for the mining scene to cool down, and see if you can get an RX 580 8GB within your budget. if not, the GTX 1060 6GB is only a teeny bit worse, (most likely not a noticeable difference in games unless you're counting FPS) although it doesn't come with freesync, or other cool AMD tech.

750 GB Crucial SSD last year went from 270 to 100$, 32 GB kits of ram were about 30-50$ cheaper then they usually were, CPU's tend to be a nice discount (besides Microcenter stuff) PSU tend to be 30-50$ off, GPU can range from 20-80$ off depending on the sale (although many sales are already doing that now).

When i built my PC a few years ago during the sale, normally it could have costed me about $2400 but only costed me 2000. An overall build can save hundreds and invest that in better parts.
