troubleshooting USB port dead after boot.

Before boot the usb ports work.

After the boot, only the mouse and keyboard work. the other usb ports run cold. i've tried installing drivers for usb 3.0 from a dvd but windows could not do it for an unknown reason. This is really frustrating. please and thank you.

Happened to me 3 months ago, tried everything but couldn't solve the problem so I made a clean windows 10 install and it was solved

i have three front panel 2.0 ports and 4 I/O usb 3.0 ports. there is also another 2 usb 2.0 ports on the I/O.
