Internet problem

So my internet is out un the shed we have the powerline adapter to brings it into our home but we have so many peiple on it 6 phones 3 laptop 4 tablets all at the same time and the wifi is shiy beacause of it is there anyway i can get it better i know i can run ethernet cable from the shed to the house then into a switch then what can i hook up to get better wifi around the house and not break the bank

You'd need an access point. Something like a Ubiquiti UniFi AC AP Pro is what I'd recommend.
