Windows installation problems restarted 2nd time?

I installed windows on my NEW drive and when it was done it putted me to the same screen the installation screen but there is drive 0:system reserved 500.0 mb and drive 0 partition 2 931.0gb what do I do plz help

Turn off the system, remove the installation media, and try booting the system.

Click the "back" button at the top left corner, eventually you should find an option to cancel the installation or restart.

When you restart the PC immediately pull out your USB drive or windows disk.

It will then boot into the drive you just installed to.

A USB or DVD.

What you used to install Windows whether that is a USB or DVD.
