Whats the best air cooler for ryzen?

Good to overclock and silent if possible.

best? NH-DH15. :P 

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

the biggest one you can fit in your case, nh-d15 se-am4 since it comes with correct bracket, not a fan of bequiet air cooler due to mounting solution.

When I go Ryzen, I'm going to carry over my Cryorig h7. Anybody know how this cooler performs?
