Posted July 10, 2017 Recently i received an old pc from a friend and it came without any memory, so I bought a 4gb ddr3 stick and when i put it in the computer wouldn't post and had a continuous long beep. I googled the RAM i bought and it turned out to be server memory. Can someone check if its compatible with the motherboard for me.
