PSU for GTX 1050ti

My friend runs an almost identical system, a second gen i3 2130 at 3.4GHz with a few fans and a 1050 ti...  PSU is an OEM 220w and he's fine.

Hey there, I'm saving money to buy a new PC and the site doesn't give much information about it

CPU: Intel core i3 3.3Ghz

RAM: 8gb DDR3

Storage: 1tb hard drive

And I'm planning on putting a GTX 1050ti in it and I don't know if I'm going to need a new PSU for it, because the total price by now is R$1720 and with the PSU will be R$2000 but if I don't need to buy the PSU I'm gonna save a lot of money

R$ sounds like a crappy currency. And considering the hardware is low-end, I would think you should manage with your old PSU.

as long as your old psu is like 400 to 500 watt you should be fine since th 1050 ti needs no extra connector

Yeah, but I didn't built this PC, I'm just gonna buy it ready and they don't say the PSU of it

R$ it's BRL that means 1 brl = 0.30 usd

Here's the site, I don't if you will understand it or not:

It most definitively isn't, I can build much better stuff using R$ 2.000,00 brand new on our local online retailers.

I really tried to find other PCs but I'm buying the ready PC first and then a I'm buying the GPU, because I also need to work on it, and my old PC it's a crappy overpriced 1,5 year old notebook from CCE

you should build your own PC, using reliable retailers such as Kabum or Pichau instead, pre-builds especially here in Brazil are over-priced junk.

Do you want me to make a build list for you? how much is your budget exactly? are these 8 items all you need?

That's not a good list of stuff that I made but if you could make a list of a Max R$1700 - R$1800 budget with the 1050ti I would be really glad
