Should i upgrade something? Low fps

So i get a stable 60 fps in rust and 100-120 in csgo so does anybody know why? Is it my Graphics card? 

Graphics card: AMD radeon hd 7880

motherboard: MSI A320M Gaming pro 

prosessor: ryzen 5 1500x

Ram: hyperx fury 8gb ddr4

V-sync. in rust the game is limiting the fps to the refresh rate of the monitor you are using.

 

edit: V-sync is a setting, you can turn it on or of

Yeah it is your GPU.

That's an old gpu but should still be capable it's around r9 270 performance maybe just under

A 7870 and an R9 270 are the exact same card.
