your asking us how to destroy a processor then make it pretty. you can see why there isn't a lot experience on this subject.  what you need to do is look into how to polish something like glass. 

 

and your question is ridiculous cause I don't think shiny=pretty.

processors are not infinitely complex if they were  they could not be manufactured. the iridescent effect of some nano materials isn't exactly uncommon, you can get stickers with it. 

 

I'm still not sure of the purpose this thread, what did you plan to do? 

 

if you cant polish glass or metal to mirror finishes your never going to be able to get the effect you want from chip that's been made into a processor. just buy a wafer off ebay.
