I cant actiwate WIN10

Hi,So I have been bought a new PC few days ago,i have WIN10 licence that i got when it was free,but i have it activated on my laptop and i want to activate it on my PC,when i try to activate it i cant bechause of some error...

Do any of you guys know what i can do,like deactivate it on laptop or something,please help

If you used it once you can't use it while it's still active in your desktop. Gonna have to call mricosoft and have them walk you through it

the license you have is locked to laptop

You will need to buy a new license for your PC or you can call up MS and see if they have a better solution (hint: there is one, but whether or not they are willing to assist you depends on how nice the rep is that you get connected to).

Yeah if you deactivate it you should be able to use it somewhere else.

You just can't have it on two machines at once.

To be clear. Only Retail license of Windows are transferable. OEM aren't.
