Need help with B250M

Recently I just upgraded my PC to an i3 7100 ddr4 ram and a B250M Motherboard.  When booted up I downloaded the OS windows 7 ultimate 64bit. I tried to download the Motherboard drivers via the disk it came with but nothing showed. I went to another pc and copied everything I needed onto a USB drive. When I came to my pc I plugged the USB drive and nothing popped up. I don't have internet on my computer so I can't download the drivers for the internet and other hints online. My cousin which is a computer expert will not be able to help me as he is on vacation.

That system doesn't support windows 7. Run windows 10 or linux on it. If you need windows 7 use a vm.

Any way to get windows 10 on my pc online without having to order it or somewhat

You can download it from microsofts site.

buy a dvd?

 

You really have no access to the internet? Thats gonna make it so you can't do many things like activate the os or update it.

You can't install windows without internet

the os isn't on the computer, its on the hdd or ssd

 

What drives and os's do you have? You can delete the exisitng partitions if you want.

No drives as I just upgraded and my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

you can then delete the existing partitons and install windows 10. This will delete all data though.

when you install there is a page that is upgrade or custom. Pick custom, then delete all the exisitng partitions and make a new one.
