Having trouble getting my new desktop working

Jessen

Hey there
I have just assembled my first computer, but I have trouble getting it to work.
I'm not 100% sure that I have assembled it properly, but I have followed a tutorial on youtube though.

I have linked a couple of photos of the build if it can help troubleshoot the problem.

Right, check them all again and make sure PSU is plugged into wall and switched on at wall and on the PSU itself.

Everything is powering on within the computer, but it doesn't post to the moniter

Doesn't display to the monitor right so if it doesn't beep that is kinda an issue...

Take out of case and remove eveyrthing but ram, cpu, fan and try boot

Reset the CMOS

if that doesn't work, re-install the RAM

if that doesn't work, re-install the CPU

If that doesn't work, do as @JackHubbleday said, pull everything out and start over outside of the case.

BIOS, you either have a jumper on the motherboard for that, or you simply unplug the PSU and pull the battery on the motherboard for 10-15 seconds.

yeah, I'm stumped. Unless you got a defective component ? At this point you would need more to troubleshoot the exact problem.

Im worried that i might have plugged some of the wires wrong. Will you take a look at the picture and see if you can see a problem?
