Your 4770k is in the socket 1150, H110 uses 1151, not compatible. Same thing with ram, wont work with motherboard (It needs DDR4). What is the full name  of PSU?

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

I'm not sure what the exact model of power supply is but it's probably the weakest component. I'd recommend getting something that's at least 80+ bronze certified (just 80+ will probably be fine, too if you're absolutely strapped for cash).

As the other posters have mentioned, your CPU is socket 1150 but the board you picked out is 1151. Pick a more modern CPU and get DDR4 memory or choose a compatible motherboard.

Well the selection is definitely not what it used to be (Haswell / Devil's Canyon was the last series of chips made for it in 2014) but you should be able to find something. You might not be able to find brand new Z87 / Z97 boards though.

Just something to keep in mind, this is a full sized ATX board whereas the one you originally had was MicroATX. Make sure that the case you buy can fit a full sized ATX motherboard. That shouldn't be too hard though.

Psu doesn't sound great, could you give an exact model?

Also, what other options are available to you for psu.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

That’s what it says on the psu and I’m stuck with it for now I am upgrading later on to a corsair 650w power supply

Then you should be set. In terms of performance, you should have no problems getting 50+ FPS on GTA V with High settings.

There haven't really been that many performance leaps in CPUs for a while now. I'm currently running 2 rigs with Haswell generation processors. The performance still holds up for most use cases. Heck, I have a Sandy Bridge i7 on my media server that can handle anything I throw at it.
