Oneplus 5

Hi guys

 

So i am going to order my oneplus 5 soon and i was wondering if there are any issues with the phone since its launch. I have saw something about a jelly effect on the display but I can deal with that. 

Is there any other bad issues that are worth knowing about?

That sounds good, i would expect the customer service to drop in quality due to the amount of people buying so thats not much of an issue.

I had to get my screen fixed and it took a month and cost £55 but there was around £40 shipping fee which was fucking ludicrous.

I dont know why you still grasp onto the circlejerk onto it. I honestly hate oneplus as a company but some things are just false now.

Filled with complaints about Oneplus, But does that matter much? No person who is satisfied is going to circlejerk on a forum about how great their device is and how well CS is. Cause no one cares. People only want to hear the bad things. Never the good stuff.

 

Have you even used Oneplus CS? Do you even own a oneplus device?

 

 

 

The only thing I can agree whole heartly is that oneplus is scummy. Them pulling out the "We''re only a small company".

 

Oneplus may have shit RMAs But you know who else does too? ASUS? Does people care? yeah but no one is going to go full shitpost and spam about it. There are also stories of great CS experiences with asus.

... not sure what to say to that, i also don't own a 44core XEON, but i know for a fact they suck at gaming.

yup, like how they screw up the display on OP5, never updated OPX,  or how they broke a promise on OP 2 android N update, that good stuff.

what about the screen issue?  are we going to ignore that? or how they broke promises with OP2 update?

I didn't I just said I hate oneplus as a company and I even posted a video about how their "small company" card isn't legit.

Their marketing Division is Ass and PR is autistic. Do I have to go on? You simply ignore things I just said? lol Marketing/PR is not the same division as CS. Idk why you're bringing up something else when we are talking about customer service.

 

And ah yes we all have "a friend" who has X device just to argue against not having first hand experience. 

 

You're just another one of those people who read articles and read shitposts and 100% agree and bias towards them. You never even used it so whats the point in even arguing.

How is asus not a "benchmark" They're just another company with a CS as horrible and a bad reputation on any forum site.

 

 

Do these not exist to you? lol. You simply ignore the fact that there are horror stories for each side and its honestly a lottery when buying with oneplus but CS has improved. From a year ago.

Possibly, but my current phone is a 5s so it won't be worth much and i was going to give that to my dad as an small upgrade from his 5c. They usually offer stupid amounts for trade ins.

Worth checking. My friend had an old 3GS, they gave him full trade in value.
