Well after what, 3 months my deathadder is failing. I'm not going to warranty it because I want to distance myself from razer products. I'm looking for a pretty good mouse that will last me a year or so.

I'm looking to get the Logitech Gpro or the Mionix Castor.

They are both simple, but I like the Mionix because it has two sides buttons like the razer deathadder. Any opinions and sugggestions are welcomed

All Logitech Mice are very nice. I would still RMA that Razer product anyway because with my experience Razer always sends something of better quality back. It's still Razer Quality though so it's not that great. lol

I've spent years going around trying quite a few brands, but I ended up really liking RAT mice and I recommend them. ( I have a RAT 6 now)

Since mad catz who make the RAT mice went bust, I got some RAT 6s for pretty cheap.

I've also liked Cougar who have mice that are similar to the deathadder in shape (the revenger and 550M).

The Cougar 700M is also pretty nice.

The corsair M65s and Steel Series Rival series are also an old community favourite.

The Logitech G502 is also a strong choice.

I stay away from ambidex mice because things that are designed for either hand are usually not that great for either.

The G Pro has side buttons too. But if you meant the shape of the side buttons, have a look at the G403

Also, budget? What games do you play most? What improvement would you like to see over the Deathadder?

My budget is $50. A good $40 would be nice, but no more than $60.

Edit: I play gta v, fifa 17 and minecraft. But I mostly use a controller. But back when I did play minecraft I noticed the side buttons made a ton of noise (deathadder), my index finger had just gotten slammed with a door so I I couldn't bend it and it hurt to click. So I made my side button a left click and just clicked with my thumb, it made a lot of noise. I would also like to quality wise. It's pretty good, I love it, but after a while, say I'm trying to aim in a game, the aiming just feels wrong. I feel like this is the deathadders fault.

I don't really like those mice because of how they are. I prefer something simple like the deathadder and the gpro

I just realized it does have side buttons. I think i'll buy that one then

I wouldn't recommend the G pro if you have big hands, as it's a pretty small mouse.

What kind of games do you play most often? Mice with sniper buttons (press the button and it makes your DPI super low) are pretty good for FPSs and I also like them for War Thunder tanks.

I'm starting to play more controller games, I'm just looking for a day to day mice, and I think I will switch from the gpro to the g403. It resembles the razer deathadder
