UPDATE:

They hacked Cape Town's Department of Basic Education website. It appears they're not exclusively targeting US government organizations.

 

My opinion:

It could be just a series of pranks. Good way to get yourself in trouble by posing as supporters of a terrorist group haha.

:D I didn't really mean proper textbook English, I meant being able to structure your sentences so people can easily read them and know what you're saying. For an illustration of how not to do it, buy a cheap Chinese keyboard or something and try and read the manual. 

 

Also, my English friend does like to correct my "incorrect" pronunciation and spelling and such.
