Horrible Graphics Problems

This never used to happen before back when I played minecraft in 2012. It seems to be the same problem that myself and hundreds of others are still having. Like AA is failing or messing up as turning it off I do notice what it should look like without it but the borders on stuff is screwed. Anyways here is a video showing what it is and if there is any fix that would be cool.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
