I currently use Ultra Mobile(Its just T-Mobile) and it costs me $31 a month(avg). Unlimited Talk, Text and then 2 GB of LTE and 2 GB of HSPA (aka 3G)

 

But nothing beats unlimited and Free

I currently have sprint, my plan is unlimited talk text and data but we only get 3gb of 4G/LTE over the entire plan (We don't use data much, normally we run out on the last days). After you use your LTE data it switches to 2G speeds. 

You can pay more if you'd like to get more GB of LTE on your unlimited data, which is unlimited just incredibly slow. 

"Streams video at up to HD 1080p, music at up to 1.5mbps, gaming at up to 8mbps. Data deprioritization during congestion. MHS, P2P and VPN reduced to 2G speeds after 10GB/mo."

So their deal is still a deal, you're getting 10gb of data for all your lines, their base plan is normally 3gb of data, then again you're also still paying more than me.

pretty standard of any "unlimited" cell plan in the USA they ALL (NOT counting prepaid services) do 22-23GB then throttle based on network capacity and 10GB of 4G mobile hotspot, the difference is Sprint drops you to like there 2G network after 10GB of hotspot where Verizon/AT&T only drop you to 3G speeds (which are still horrible).
