According to the specifications it supports ram with any of the following: DDR4 3200(O.C.)/ 2933(O.C.)/ 2667/ 2400/ 2133

It depends on what you're going to be doing with your computer. I went with either 2133 / 2400 because they are priced pretty fairly for gaming (but can be overpriced in some circumstances). You don't really need any of the overclocked ram if you're just gaming or performing light tasks and just need a computer to run.

These are on the QVL to run at 2933MHz https://goo.gl/QsoMXP and https://goo.gl/9vtQtW

If you want to look at the QVL go to http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-AB350-Gaming-3-rev-10#support-doc and download the memory support list for Ryzen and google the module P/Ns to get a look at the prices.
