Bitfenix spectre pro 200mm specs at 7V?

The spectre pros come with an adapter that lowers the voltage from 12v to 7v. Does anyone know how much air/noise it makes at 7v?

Since this fan is incredibly awesome and silent at 12V, it's going to be silent at 7V. But, I must say, to achieve those results I had to cut the front mesh in the 200mm spot of my 600T in order to make less restraints on the fan and, also it reduced the noise level by ALOT. Dremmels FTW.
