Seriously OP, spend the extra $100. If you want to go SUPER BUDGET scrapyard wars the thing. Find some random ass case, you can usually talk people down on used PSUs, just double check that it is a good one. Instead of $90 on a GTX 1050 you could find a GTX 780/780Ti for $100-$120 which would be WELL worth it.

As a person who has a 780, can confirm this.  These cards still kick ass.

@Davski But honestly, buy like an old Dell, HP, etc on eBay.  Just make sure to know what to look for (make sure the seller has great feedback, been on there for at least a couple years, and they offer returns on the system).

Just makes sure it has any gen i7 and 8GB of RAM, or a 2nd gen i5 or newer with 8GB of RAM, slap the 460 in there, and you'll be golden.

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.

Sometimes red is better, sometimes blue is better, and sometimes green is better. In this case, blue and green will be better. @deXxterlab97 will be happy.

There's this, it's an auction but you might get lucky.  i7, TB HDD, 16GB of RAM.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Optiplex-7010-Desktop-w-Intel-Core-i5-3470-3-2GHz-8GB-RAM-No-HDD-No-OS-/182587285331?hash=item2a830cdf53:g:fSQAAOSwIQdZIzIi

Here's this computer, it's an i5 3470, 8GB of RAM.  It doesn't have a hard drive, but you can transfer that over from your current computer.  Seller is reputable, it has a 30-day return policy, it's buy it now and only $108.  This is what I'd get if I were you.

Looks like a pretty normal price in Vancouver tbh, honestly.. that's not even bad compared to what I've seen near there. Though in my state 1.8m would honestly get you 50 acres of land and a mansion with over half a million to spare
