HARD DRIVE PROBLEM!!?

I just got a new system:

 

i7-3770

Biostar TH61A

1 x 8GB Crucial DDR3

1 x 2GB Team Elite DDR3

RAM running at 1600mhz

Zotac GTX 970

WD Black Caviar 1TB

LG optical drive

 

my system booted into windows 10 a couple days ago but now it can't boot into the hard drive. i tried two other samsung hardrives, one didn't boot, one shorted the system. It only boots to my Windows Installation CD in my optical drive. WD and Samsung 1 is not spinning. Samsung 2 was spinning before it suddenly started shorting the system. WD got hot. Maybe I mistreated a drive but surely not 3. Anyone can help?

PSUs deteriorate overtime. Get a new and reliable one, Tier 3 or higher from here:

These can last you through 1-2 new builds.

are you fairly certain its due to the power supply? also notably there was a electrical noise when samsung 2 stopped spinning.

Either that or something shorted somewhere, probably PSU.
