Can i use my phone as a webcam?

I use the samsung galaxy s4. not the newest phone but it gets the job done. anyways, is there any way where i could have it plugged into my computer and use the camera on it live, so i can use it as a webcam? i already have a webcam but the quality on it isn't the best and i'd rather use my phone camera if that was possible

No, it just gives him access to your phone's webcam. His vision is growing, and he's more trustworthy to have that power, than say, Facebook.

Yes. Facebook is very untrustworthy, so it's a rather low bar.

It's an app that gives you the ability to use your phone as a webcam on your computer. I used it a lot for skype with my zenfone 2 and it works really well !
