A8 7600 or X4 860K

I'm wondering which will be better and I know its an older platform but I want to find out which one will be better

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

 

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

they are the same CPU the A8 7600 has the GPU part of it and the 860K doesnt so it will need a graphics card (which is better anyways) and the 860K is clocked a bit faster which makes it...a bit faster:

Ok I have a graphics card already (GTX 770) I probably will attempted at OC'ing it

GTX 770 is a good match for this processor...overclock it a little bit and you'll be able to play modern games at medium settings with acceptable framerates.

Im used to low -30 fps in games at 1440x1050

45FPS+ is easily achieveable with that combo, and you'll not be playing on low settings...that's as much as i can say.
