Keep it under three grand and do not go over 24 gigs of ram because you will never use it. That's the guidelines for that.

Even with those requirements an 800 dollar machine will do you more than fine.

For $2200 you can build a very, very good pc but you need to not have insane expectations for your computer.

There are plenty of things you can cut from that list. Especially the RAM. You don't sound like you need 32GB.

There is no video card in the list because you never mentioned what resolution you plan on playing. There is also a 1TB SSD which is both very expensive and an extremely good value (best GB per $ you can get) You can both save and waste money (depending how you look at it) by downgrading to a lesser SSD and mechanical drive.

Also chose Ivy Bridge because IMO it's the sweet spot generation for overclocking out of the three last, very similar, gens.

Also, I put that monitor there just to recommend it. You should probably not buy a monitor that expensive, but it is IMO the best value for dollar monitor right now.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Who cares if he does not *need* 32GB of RAM, sometimes when you want something you just get it because it makes you happy.  It is not like RAM is *that* expensive.  And maybe he has a reason that is none of our business, maybe he wants to set up a RAM disk for porno or something.  Geez.  I think we can give him a toy to play with.

This is an attempt at something that seems it would make you happy, or at least a start. It is at $1,800.00 so hopefully that leaves room for Mexico, and further customization, such as sleeved PSU cables, or accessories/monitor.  I am not sure you can get a good PC with full water cooling for your budget, but I tossed in an  all-in-one CPU cooler for you at least.  Also I tried to respect and pay attention to your request for red.
