Small Form Factor build

So, my 4 year old PC is dying and I'm hoping to replace it with a RYZEN system...

As the PC sits in my living room and is part of the decoration, I must RGB EVERYTHING!!!

I'm also super restricted in terms of space, as I live in a tiny flat in Hong Kong... So its gotta fit in my Thermaltake Core V21...

So, as far as I can work out, there are essentially NO AM4 motherboards with proper RGB board lighting, in the m-atx form factor, other than maybe some BIOSTAR thing that I really want to stay away from...

On the other hand, I can walk down to the shops and pick up the ASUS STRIX z270 board and a Core i5 7600K... It'll cost me about USD 100 more, but I REALLY wanna go with the RYZEN just for a change...

How come its taking so long for motherboards to come up to fit the AM4 socket? Its driving me nuts!

Cram a nzxt hue in it and you have your rgb

That simple.

No hate, but i dont understand why people would sacrifice performance for damn bloody rgb lighting

then put a rgb strip on the mobo if you so desire...

honestly, getting ryzen not only because of the non rgb motherboard which you barely can see in your build and then buying a less powerful chip for $100 more is very stupid.

Yeah... I know ?

Ill probably end up with an MSI Mortar and a Ryzen 5 or something... they're pretty cool and the extra fan headers will be good for my cooling system..
