That's called Silicon lottery, some are more pure than others, I also think you should leave it as it is and these few more fps would be like 2~3 average keeping the same 1% and 0.1% lows, not worth it.

^ This! Silicon lottery is what has a very big influence in the clock speed that you can reach. Even with a custom BIOS, which you might be able to find, or mod yourself, it might not work out. Years ago I put a custom BIOS on my GTX 770 in order to overcome a similar issue and I ended up bricking the card after 2 days of use so I wouldn't recommend, especially in a laptop. It is much easier to file an RMA for a GPU than for a laptop, especially if it is your primary computer, as stuff like that usually takes 3-4 weeks and even then it is not 100% sure whether they will honor the warranty, since after all you messed it up in the first place.

My GTX 860m 2GB Maxwell is already Overclocked and under load running at 60-62C. +135 on the Core and +250 Memory. Does anybody how i can push the core clock further? I need to unlock it but i cant find clear informations how to do this.

dont unlock it, there are probably not enough power phases for anything beyond your current oc. It wont be stable anyways. For unlocking it you would've to flash the BIOS of the GPU

well you could try, but laptop's cooling solutions are based on the stock clocks of the components. so there's a good chance you'll just be overheating your components.

also, unlocking requires a custom BIOS, which might be hard to find for your m-series card.

I dont run into thermal issues my gpu and cpu stay cool even under load. So i dont really find a custom bios only the result after they unlock it.

you don't run into them now. unlocking and pushing the hardware will greatly increase thermal output.

in terms of custom BIOS i can't really help. i dunno where to get one for an m card.
