Honestly nothing is going to happen, other than, at worst, you might have to smell it.

Well if you would fart while building a PC your PC would not work so you too would not work. Because your home would explode, that's caused by CO2 mixing with chlorine and methane, that causes a drastic change in the chemicals in the air. So don't fart while building a computer
