Strix 1070 DisplayPort stopped working

I finished my first PC build a little more than a month ago and it hasn't given me any problems, until now. A little over a week ago I started to boot CS:GO, and my monitor went black. I could still hear the game through my headphones, but my monitor was off, cycling through the various DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPorts until declaring it had no signal. I completely shut down the PC, turned off PSU, and tried again, but still same issue. I am able to enter my UEFI/BIOS, as the ASUS splash screen will show up, but once the computer loads past the splash screen I will lose connection. It will cycle through all ports once more, and sometimes detects the DisplayPort, but immediately after will lose connection. However, when I move the connection to the other DisplayPort on my GPU, everything works fine again, no issues. So to shorten this,  I believe there is an issue with one my the DisplayPorts on my GPU, but still allows me to enter UEFI and had worked for around 2 weeks prior to this odd occurrence. Does anyone have any ideas as to what caused this or how to fix it?

Specs (I dont think more than these will be necessary, but I am happy to share if needed):

Asus Prime z270 AR mobo

Asus GTX 1070 Strix GPU

Acer KG240 monitor
