Which Note 4 to buy?

I am looking to buy a Note 4 off of Amazon. I will NOT be using phone service on this phone, so I do not care about "CDMA" or "GSM" networks. All I want is the best version for general use, one that doesn't come with preinstalled bloat or a locked bootloader. I have tried researching them myself and am wondering if anyone could help me in choosing which version to buy.

If you don't want to consider cheaper budget phones which are now better, then just get the standard unlocked version.
