Press Files (Top left) > Change folder and search options > There you can decide what to open explorer.exe too (either quick access or this PC)

Because in windows 10 it defaults to quick access shortcuts.

If you want to see your PC then just pin the "my PC" shortcut to the taskbar instead of explorer, or do this:

i am having windows 7 not WINDOWS 10.

Why? That's the default setting for Windows 7. Just change it.
