My Dad used to own a Mercedes C180. The thing was like 12 years old and the engine (and most components) were good to go for plenty more years. About a week about my Dad sold it the radiator blew and the cost to repair it was the value of the vehicle itself.

with older cars it's only really worth it if you're able and willing to DIY. reward is great though!

Finding parts and then getting them fitted on older cars is very expensive. If I had the time (and money) to do it then I would.

Depends on the car and whereabouts you are. Mercedes 300D and older (e36 and e30) bmw parts are super easy to find in North America since there's pretty big communities for them all over.

O I have brought way more AMD products then you think. I build pcs as a business and repair them, i use many apus and if a low end gpu is needed to replace a broken one then the 6450 is the way to go.
