It uses a different backplate for some. Cryorig sends you one for free if you have theirs. Depends on the cooler some are adjustable.

Unsure what power supply to pick?

Check out my HTPC build.

if it uses the AMD retention arm things, yes, if not then no.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I was able to get an am3 compatible cooler working on my AM4 mobo.

Cooler Master has a guide on which CPU coolers can fit on am4 motherboards without any extra backplates / kit.

http://www.coolermaster.com/amd-am4-ryzen-compatability/en/

I was able to mount my Hyper T4 on my MSI b350 Arctic motherboard with low profile corsair LPX 3200 ram without any problem.

It was about 10$ with a rebate.
